Our software is extensively tested before release and is free of any known issues.

All plugins automatically qualify for free installation and bug-fix support to a single domain for the duration of the license. Licenses are valid for a period of one year after purchase. After this period extended licensing and support contracts can be initiated as required. Please contact us for more details. Modifying the code, or database structures, in any way, voids support. For an intervention, you will need to provide the following:

  • A full and clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots which demonstrate the problem
  • Full access to your server including hostname/user/pass for:
    • access to the administrator dashboard
    • shell account access
    • database admin
